More Sleep = More Drowsy


I've noticed that when I oversleep I usually feel sleepier than normal. Usually, it happens that whenever i sleep over 8 hours at night. It doesn't make sense to me how sleeping 7 hours keeps me more energized and alert during the day than 9 hours. Sleep is supposed to be the time you re-energize your battery. Is it possible to overcharge your biological battery creating a backwards effect?
